This replacement bowl fits the filter body perfectly. I had tried a locally purchase alternative, but it was just too tight to get on and off easily. I originally had the transparent bowl, but it cracked and failed when exposed to a new herbicide I was using (Harness Max). This one is suppose to handle that it. The filter body has had no problems
