Refund policy
Returns will be accepted with prior approval. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All items returned without part numbers or appropriate model numbers affixed will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of invoice. Credits will be issued upon receipt of returned merchandise. Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging and unused. Shipping fees for returned merchandise will not be credited back, only the merchandise minus any applicable fees (restocking, etc). If Free Shipping was the outbound shipping method, the initial shipping cost will be deducted from the credit. The return shipping cost to send the product back to Sprayer Depot is NOT covered.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us directly. We carry a specialized niche product offering and understand errors in ordering, buyer's remorse, selection of the wrong items or incorrect quantities, etc. can and will happen. We will work with you to find an acceptable solution that is mutually beneficial, but we cannot carry 100% of the burden for errors not made by our team. Sprayer Depot will deny all chargeback requests that originate from buyer errors and/or do not follow the warranty or return processes required by Sprayer Depot or the manufacturer. By purchasing from Sprayer Depot you are agreeing to the returns policy set forth in our policies.
If you need to return a product to Sprayer Depot, please complete the return authorization form. Our team will evaluate your submission and respond within 24 to 48 business hours (Monday through Friday, weekends excluded).
