What is a default shipping address?
You may have specified more than one shipping address in your account information. The default shipping address is the address to which your order will be shipped unless you select another shipping address for this order.
Can I have more than one shipping address?
Yes. You can specify as many shipping addresses as you want.
If you live in the USA, the sales tax levied on a customer depends on the tax jurisdiction he comes under. For instance, if you purchase items for use in the State of California, USA, you would be charged California Sales Tax. If you live outside the USA, the taxes you pay depend on the country you live in. The tax zones are the various jurisdictions under which you could fall.Top
How can I add a shipping address to my address list?
To add a shipping address, click on Account Info. The details of your account are displayed. Click on the Add New Shipping Address button to add a new shipping address.
How do I make changes to an address in my list?
To edit an address, click on Account Info. The details of your account are displayed. Click on the Edit button below the address that has to be changed.
How do I check the status of my order?
To check the status of an order, click on the Order Status link. If you know your order number and the type of transaction (orders, quotations or return orders), enter it and click on the Submit button. To view multiple orders, enter the purchase order number if provided by you or select the display type from the drop-down list and specify the desired period. All the orders you have placed with us (both through the web and through other means) are listed. Click on the order number whose status you want to check. The order details are displayed along with the tracking numbers for the shipments made.
What are the benefits of registration?
As a registered customer, you become entitled to special discounts and promotional pricing offers. These offers would become available to you not only on orders you place at our web store but also to orders through other channels.
I already have an account with you. Do I need to register again on your web store?
The Sprayer Depot website was completely remodeled in February 2018. If you registered for the site, and have not reregistered for the new site since February 2018, you will need to create a new account. Please contact our Customer Service department if you need assistance with your online account.
Can I place an order without registering my account?
Before you place an order with us, you must register with us. We understand how valuable your time is and our registration has been designed to take up not more than a few minutes of your time. Once you have registered with us, you need not give your address and credit card details on future visits to our shop. This will save you the trouble of entering this information on every purchase you make from us.
How can I place an order without using my credit card?
There are other payment options available at the Online Shop using which you can place an order. Select the option most suitable to you in the "Payment Method" area while creating an order. For example if you wish to pay by Check, select this option to create the order. You may send your check to our address by quoting your order number. If you need any further assistance, please contact our Customer Service Department.
What should I do if I forget my password?
If you are a registered user and have forgotten your password, go to the Login page and simply type in your Login Name or your default E-mail address under "I am a registered user but forgot my password" and click on submit. We will send your password to your default E-mail address.
What types of payment are accepted?
We accept payment through credit card, check, cash, wire transfer, and PayPal. If paying by check, you can mail your payment to our address. Please make sure to include the correct order number in the memo line of your check when sending your payment. If you need any further assistance, please contact our Customer Service Department.
How do I track my order?

Do you have a catalog?
We do have a printed catalog, as well as a digital, interactive flipbook. The printed catalog is mailed out twice a year in the Spring and Fall. The digital version is the same catalog, but it is interactive with "clickable" products and embedded videos. Shop the digital catalog.
How do I submit my tax exempt certificate?
Due to new laws and regulations Sprayer Depot now charges tax in the majority of states in the USA. If you are tax exempt, please fill out the form and be sure to submit a PDF copy of your certificate. We will contact you when your account is ready for tax-exempt purchases. The turnaround time is very quick and we will do our best to keep any delays to a minimum. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
What is your flat rate shipping policy for Kings Sprayers?
All standard, pre-assembled sprayers listed on our website with a capacity of 200 gallons or less will ship for a flat rate in the contiguous 48 US states (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Any sprayer over 200 gallons and/or custom sprayers are EXCLUDED (for example, dual tank sprayers totaling over 200 gallons, multiple hose reels, custom frame, custom booms, etc). The flat rate fee is calculated based on the frame type (Skid, 4-Wheel, 3 Point Hitch, etc.), the state the sprayer is shipping to and the address type. Please see the Flat Rate Shipping Map to find the shipping cost for each state and frame type. Residential addresses and lift gate service will incur an extra fee. If shipping to a commercial address with loading dock or forklift the flat rate is as follows: Skid sprayers and 3-Point Hitch sprayers ship for $199/299 depending on the destination state; 2-Wheel and 4-Wheel sprayers ship for $299/399. Lift gate service will add $100 to the rate and residential delivery will add $200. What is the Kings Sprayers QuickShip Program?
Kings Sprayer models in the QuickShip program are shipped out the same day they are ordered, if the order is placed by Noon ET, Monday through Friday. These models are our top sellers, and mostly assembled so we can get them out quick!
At this time, 2-Wheel, 4-Wheel, and Skid frame QuickShip Sprayers are eligible for customization but will not ship same day depending on what is modified. However, the 3-Point Hitch QuickShip Sprayers can now be customized with different pumps, boomless nozzles or booms, and hose reels. Minor customizations won't delay shipping, and customized sprayers will still ship out the same day they are ordered, if ordered by Noon ET, Monday through Friday.
What is the Warranty on Kings Sprayers & Kings Steel Sprayers?
Kings Spot Sprayers, Skid Sprayers, 2-Wheel Turf & 4-Wheel Sprayers have a 5/5/1 Warranty. This covers the aluminum frame built by Sprayer Depot for 5 years, the tank for 5 years, and 1 year for parts and labor. This is limited to manufacturer defects.
Kings 2-Wheel Highway Ready Sprayers & Kings Steel Sprayers have a 1/5/1 Warranty. This covers the 2-wheel highway ready trailer or steel frame for 1 year, the tank for 5 years, and the parts and labor for 1 year. This is limited to manufacturer defects.
Normal wear and tear, maintenance, and improper handling are not covered by either warranty.
