Why gas

An engine driven pump holds pressure regardless of vehicle electrical load or tractor speed. For tree work, boom application and anything demanding sustained flow, it is the default choice.

Maintenance

Engines need fuel management, oil changes and off season storage. Stabilise fuel or drain it before winter, and keep the air filter clean in dusty conditions.

Noise

If you work early mornings in residential areas, consider a 12V electric unit for the quieter jobs and keep the gas unit for the heavy work.
