Kings Sprayers was created with the goal of making "custom" attainable. We know sprayers aren't a one size fits all, and why should they be when customization can be easily incorporated into the production process. The number of custom sprayers we built each year continues to increase and we have already done over 500 custom sprayers for 2020.
What Makes Kings Sprayers Different?
Kings Sprayers have aluminum frames, making them durable yet lightweight and easy to transport. Made from 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum, the frames are resistant to chemicals, corrosion, and rust, and look good as new even after years of use. Aluminum is lighter than steel but offers a comparable degree of durability and protection against the elements. Skid frames include forklift pockets making the sprayer easy to move and relocate to other vehicles. Additionally, wheeled models are supported by high-quality tires that roll smoothly across turf and provide excellent maneuverability.
Kings Sprayers also come with a 5/5/1 warranty, and are built with high-quality brand name components including: Hypro, UDOR, CDS-John Blue, Hannay and more.

Kings Sprayers with Pumptec X-Series Pumps
These sprayers offer the most commercial electric pump on the market: the Pumptec X-Series. Competitors use intermittent duty spot sprayer type pumps, which makes the sprayer less expensive, but it doesn't get the job done right. If you're a professional sprayer, insisting on a continuous duty plunger pump is the most efficient way to get 6 GPM at 100 PSI.
The dual tank on this custom space saving frame is 65” L x 48” W with valve bank to use both tanks efficiently and easily.
Kings 2-Wheel PTO Sprayer
A majority of our direct mount PTO sprayers are 3 Point Hitch, but we also build 2-wheel and 4-wheel direct mount as well. They include extra hose and a torque bar to attach the pump directly to the tractor’s PTO.
Kings Pressure Washer Sprayer
Another addition to the Kings pressure washer skid collection. This has a powerful 4 GPM, 4000 PSI pump and hose reel with 100’ of hose.
Kings Lawn & Landscape Sprayer with Reel Mounted Passenger Side
For extra spraying convenience, this sprayer is built with the reel on the passenger side - a "reel" bonus for lawn and landscape spraying!
Kings Smaller Footprint 100 Gallon Longways Tank
We've offered this version in 200 and 300 gallon longways tanks for a while. Due to their success and customer requests, we've added 100 gallon to the offerings. This size and layout helps achieve a narrow footprint for tighter spaces and smaller vehicles. Another custom win!
Fiberglass Tanks
Fiberglass tanks continue to be a popular alternative for certain applications. We now offer 7 different fiberglass tank sprayers on the website, as well as the option to fully customize any of these or to swap to a fiberglass tank on most of the Kings Sprayers. It's also possible to narrow search results by tank material type on the website!
