Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT METHODS:

We accept Bank Wire Transfers, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Check by Phone and Farm Plan Commercial Credit.

SHIPPING METHODS:

We ship UPS, Federal Express, U.S. Mail and MotorTruck Freight. All merchandise sold is F.O.B. from our warehouse or drop ship origin.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:

Merchandise does not leave Sprayer Depot® damaged. It is the responsibility of the freight carrier to deliver your merchandise in good condition. Please inspect all deliveries in the presence of the shipper at time of delivery. Should you receive any damaged merchandise, notify the freight carrier immediately. Leave the merchandise along with its original carton and packing material for the freight carrier to inspect. Failure to keep the original carton and packing material may cause you to lose any chance of a favorable damage claim from the freight carrier.

WARRANTY:

All items sold from Sprayer Depot® are subject to the warranty of the manufacturer of the merchandise.

RETURN POLICY:

Returns will be accepted with prior approval. All items returned without part numbers or appropriate model numbers affixed will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all non-stock items. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from date of invoice. Credits will be issued upon receipt of returned merchandise. Returned merchandise must be in original packaging and unused.
